During a normal medical check up, a doctor in America discovers a new desease in a patient that came to the hospital reporting a burning rash on his arms and legs, after doing a blood test, the doctor realized the man was infected with a pathogen never seen before.
However the doctor prescribes the patient with a simple skin cream, letting him leave the hospital. But keeping the blood sample containing the virus in the hospital lab.
The doctor then brings the sample to his house, where he discovers something horrifying: all of the blood cells were replaced with the virus.
The next day, the doctor receives news that the patient from the last check up had committed suicide due to the unbearable pain of the rash. With the doctor being fired after the hospital finds out that he gave the patient a cream that made his skin softer and more sensitive, which resulted in the conditions of the rash worsening.
And now the doctor decides to take revenge. He drives home, grabs the sample and goes back to the hospital during the night, where he mixes in the sample with some blood bags. He escapes, not knowing what he has just unleashed.
