Pre-Intro:
So, why I made this mod is pretty simple really. I wanted a scenario exactly like this for futuristic scenarios. Province borders, National borders, cities but not too many, a good palette, and official names. I didn’t really find a mod with all of these criteria so I made this one. I might make optimized versions with some features excluded, like the long names, palette, etc.
You can make mods or other scenarios of this! Infact I encourage it! Just mention this like as the original mod in the first line of your scenario description!
