Anyone Can Be Heir （Updated, plz read Introduction）
A simple mod that allow you to set anyone in your faction as Heir
only works when the Heir position is empty, like the starting state of Lie Bei.
Update:
7/21: Now the "set as heir" button will show even if this character is not your family number, which means you can set anyone as Heir even if the Heir position is NOT empty.
Compatibility:
Compatible with any mod.
Now it may be incompatible with other mod that affect the political actions buttons.
