将原版士兵的人数、血量增加至原来的2倍

全战三国的兵牌可以分为队长、旗手、普通士兵这三部分，队长和旗手的数量和通常占全队人数10%，余下的90%则为普通士兵。而本mod保留了队长和旗手的10%，并将余下的普通士兵扩充为190%，所以兵牌的旗帜会少一半。
