Listen, I felt bad that I made a joke performance mod criticizing culture merge mods when I’m fully capable of making a real one. This even took less time then the joke mod to make.
Real Performance Mod (RPM)
This takes the existing pop fragmentation handling in the base game and turns it up to 11. Basically we’re turning the "Aggressive Pop Consolidation" game rule into "VERY Aggressive Pop Consolidation".
This way you get fewer pop fragments without actually removing cultures and flavour from the game.
Make sure you have the "Aggressive Pop Consolidation" game rule turned on or this won’t work
