Waystations have the highest increase in recruits ~80%
The drifters faction now has more skeletons, going from a 1.8% to 6.7%

Stack, Blister Hill:
now has guaranteed Green/Scorch lander recruits in bars.

now has guaranteed Hiver Recruits in bars.
Worlds End, Smugglers Bar:
Now has a high amount of recruits, but the races are random.
