Removes the historic holy sites already present on the map when a new game begins.

This version of the mod must be loaded after Imperator: Invictus. For other versions:

• No Starting Holy Sites (Vanilla)
• No Starting Holy Sites (Terra Indomita)
• No Starting Holy Sites (Classical Rework)
• No Starting Holy Sites (Bronze Age)
