This mod makes the armor, melee, and accuracy upgrades from Armoury buildings factionwide.
Meaning you can build the armoury in one city in your faction and upgrade your units WHEREVER YOU WANT !

!!! SHOULD BE COMPATIBLE WITH OTHER MODS THAT DONT MODIFY ARMOURY VALUES !!!
