Division of Empire submod: Han Empire vassals now go truly independant!

Makes vassals immediatly declare war on their master so all the vassals the Han Empire makes truly goes independant.
This means making vassals is no longer an option though.
TIP from ThắngLP: Once Han can no longer create new independent factions (vassals) you can safely deactivate this mod to play as normal 🙂
REQUIRES: Division of Empire to be installed and activated too!
Highly Recommended: All factions counts as major factions (otherwise the major factions will declare war on the weakly new factions and gobble them up!) There’s 2 versions of it, pick one and see which ones works the best for you 🙂
