[TABS] M18 Hellcat
I’m Fame. I’m a Teardown mod creator, who’s been creating tanks, trucks, and other things for around 3 years. Notably, I’m also one of the prominent developers who contributes to the TABS Vehicle Pack, the pack that started it all.
The American M18 Hellcat was a fast and agile tank destroyer used during World War II, designed to counter German armor with speed and mobility rather than heavy armor. Developed by Buick and entering service in 1943, it was armed with a 76mm gun mounted in an open-topped turret. The Hellcat’s powerful engine allowed it to reach speeds of 55 MPH on roads, making it the one of the fastest tracked armored vehicle of the war. It saw extensive action in Europe, notably during the Battle of the Bulge, where its speed enabled effective ambush tactics. Although lightly armored, the M18 proved highly successful in its role and influenced postwar tank destroyer design.
To spawn, press ‘B’, navigate to ‘United States’, then ‘WW2’, then ‘Tank Destroyers’, and the M18 Hellcat should appear there. Ensure that you have the TABS framework properly installed first!
