AI Traffic (& lights)
A showcase of self-driving cars on streets with traffic lights. Not exactly AI, but autonomous enough. It’s still BETA version and crashes happen… which, as you know, is more like reality. It’s super nice to drive around with the traffic, which intensity you can adjust from the options.
I love modding Teardown and challenging the freedom its engine provides, but projects like this take countless hours of time and energy. That’s why I’m sharing it now, even before it’s done—I’m not sure if I’ll have the chance to complete it.
If I receive enough support, I’d like to continue developing this mod with these goals:
1. Make it super easy for everyone to add the mod to any map.
2. Improve the script’s performance (it gets a bit heavy after 50-60 instances).
3. Add the other states (TURNING, AVOIDING, CHANGE LINE, SIDE PARKING)
4. Add more tools to the options menu (now you can only adjust spawn frequancy).
5. Finish the level showcase (adding exits, buildings, etc.).
