Description:

This version of ActionQueue Reborn updates eXiGe’s version to add basic support for the Reap What You Sow update.

Added features include:
* Fix for lureplant (right click TAKEITEM)
* Planting seeds on farm soil (PLANTSOIL)
* Tending to plants (INTERACT_WITH)
* Researching new plants with plantregistryhat (PLANTREGISTRY_RESEARCH)
* Picking plants on farm soil with plantregistryhat
* Extinguishing fires with wateringcan (POUR_WATER)
* Watering farm soil tiles (ACTIONS.POUR_WATER_GROUNDTILE)
* Tilling on farm soil and snapping to 3×3 grid per farm tile (ACTIONS.TILL)
