Japan has always been very good at computers, but a problem has shown up: The neon from the super computer Axyiz has spread beound what human’s expectations could expect. This caused a huge outbrake of a new infection, called the "Neon Infection". Who will win? Machine or Humans? Can humans lock it up forever?
