Convenient Reforms
Wish to research reforms freely without the hindrance of artificially placed obstacles along the way? Then this might be a convenient mod for you.
For Han Factions it removes building requirements from the reforms so that the player can freely research them, without having to go out of their way to build useless buildings just to unlock a reform node.
For Nanman Factions it allows the player to research both sides of the Nanman major reform nodes, without the other side becoming permanently locked away.
The mod overwrites the technology_disables_technology_junctions and technology_required_building_levels_junctions tables, but there are no mods which add anything to these tables so it’s compatible with absolutely everything.
