Augmentation Creation
Hey everyone! Did you also find it annoying to fly among the stars looking for that particular augment just to find nothing? Yes, me too. And did you also find it annoying that once you find a few of these augments, you have to decide whether you want to deal more damage or you need regeneration? Not anymore, thanks to Augmentation Creation!
This mod expands EPP augments in Starbound, adding new augments, improving existing ones and even a new workstation thanks to which you won’t even have to leave the ship to find the augment you need! Isn’t it wonderful?
A key feature is the Augment Workbench, a dedicated crafting station for crafting and combining your augments. Craft it at Architect’s Table, place it in your ship and done!
I took the liberty of adding a few small augments, just to spice up the gameplay.
- Charging I/II/III Augment — Reduces the delay in energy regeneration and boosts it
- Saturation I/II/III Augment — Slows hunger loss and does nothing in casual mode for obvious reasons
- Fall Resist Augment — Reduces fall damage by half
No more dilemmas about which augment to choose, now Mobility Augment has some friends!
- Mobility Augment — Mobility Augment has been slightly improved, now it boosts swimming in addition to boosting jump and speed.
- Gliding Augment — Combination of Gravity Augment and Fall Resist Augment, you fall slower and safer
- Photosynthesis Augment — Combination of Healing III Augment, Charging III Augment and Light III Augment
- Tank Augment — Combination of Damage III Augment, Peacekeeper III Augment and Thorns Augment
- Vitality Augment — Combination of Health III Augment, Energy III Augment and Saturation III Augment
- Element Resist Augment — Combination of Electric Resist Augment, Fire Resist Augment, Ice Resist Augment and Poison Resist Augment
- Protectorate Augment — A combination of all the above augments, technically another ultimate augment 😀
Personally, I recommend installing mods that allow you to extract the augment from EPP in any way.
