Blue Kobold Sorcerers Start with all lvl 2 Spells Unlocked
Does what it says on the tin.
A simple mod I made because I wanted my Blue Kobold Sorcerers to start with the "Blizzard" spell unlocked.
This mod causes all Blue Kobold Sorcerers to start with all level 2 spells in their school unlocked.
