Sticky Nickels Fix+ [REP+]

Optionally depends on REPENTOGON for checking if you have unlocked sticky nickels.
This mod turns all sticky nickels into regular nickels, and has a ~0.926% chance to turn a penny into a sticky nickel.
It also prevents sticky nickels from spawning as a timed drop, mainly for Tainted Keeper.
