Early Years Military Base Pack
This is a pack of cheap wooden buildings loosely based on the architecture of Fort Ord, California. They are built using nothing but manpower and wooden planks and are thus exceptionally cheap. To get a player started in realistic mode there also is included a woodcutter and sawmill that can be constructed with nothing but labor. As of right now the pack consists of the following buildings:
Barracks for 50-men.
Barracks for 100-men.
Apartments for 20-married couples.
Kitchen
Storage for meat/alcohol/food.
Pub
Mess Hall (Grocery)
Woodcutter (One Vehicle)
Sawmill
The residential buildings create pollution if not heated. All other buildings have heating disabled. All buildings have water/sewage disabled. All production buildings operate at 70% capacity without electricity and 20% capacity without electricity at night.
