What the mod does:

Simple mod, decision to deport all non-primary cultures from your country.
One click – boop, gone.

I also added a slight buff to the target country, they gain a little arable land – to allow for peasant employment.
For example a country with 50 arable land and 30m people will have like 29.9m unemployed dying people.
~3000 arable land with 30m people will have 30m peasants, ie china.
Also added a 1% reduction in welfare, and 1% bonus to dependent wages.
So the target receiving all of our undesirables should be able to exist without a death spiral.

Where do they go!?

Unfortunately the game doesn’t support very complex events.. so I can do like, 1 if/else branch before it just stops calculating things. I guess potentially I could do event.1 do this and that and then trigger event.2 at the end to continue the chain but christ that’s convoluted.
Ideally we’d send all non-primary cultures to a nearby country where their culture is primary, alas.. engine limitations. Or my coding ability.

So..where do they go?

Instead, we convert all undesirables to african american and ship them to liberia (liberia exists at game start and has primary culture of african american).
When El Salvador exists, we instead convert all undesirables to central american and deport to CECOT.

I recommend closing borders or otherwise hindering immigration beforehand, so you only have to use this once.

Requirements:

Must have Nationalism technology researched to see the decision.
AI will use this, provided they have nationalism researched and have a relevant citizenship law enacted.

Compatibility:

Works with everything, doesn’t modify game files.
