This is an edit and fix of cinematic tracking deathcam, which is another edit of TLOU-Alike Death.
What the addon does is tracks your characters head when you die. Pretty self-explanatory.
This version fixes the death screen from going back to normal after a few seconds.
———- Features! ———-
- Smooth Camera Following — you can see this when moving at high velocities
- Options — Located in Spawnmenu > Options > SDCT
- Ragmod Compatibility [SLIGHT ISSUES] — Ragmod still functions, but you must turn on "Use normal death ragdolls"
I suggest you do not use ragmod with this, serversided ragdolls have problems. - Reagdoll and Fedhoria Compatibility — Yes, these both work, but may need ragmod to function.
- Multiplayer Support
- Official CVars (pretty useless but here anyways)
— "sdct_cam 1/0" – Turn the deathcam on or off
— "sdct_fov 5 – 120" – Change the FOV of the deathcam when not holding W
— "sdct_fov_w 5-120" – Change the FOV of the deathcam when holding W
— "sdct_cam_speed 1-15" – How fast the camera moves
— "sdct_cam_orbit 1/0" – Makes your camera rotate around the corpse
— "sdct_orbit_speed .1-5" – Change how fast the camera orbits
———- PROBLEMS ———-
- Serversided ragdoll addons will most of the time never work with this.
(including snpcs with jumpscares) - Multiplayer is broken.
