Turbo Okarun, aka Ken Takakura from Dandadan!! Decided to do the Turbo version since there’s no super-elegant way to change his face during the transformation, and besides it makes sense for him to be transformed while fighting, lol.
Wasn’t gonna do him but decided to push for doing it due to an idea I had with the cape and the buff form.
