Demacia (Jarvan IV)
This mod adds a new civilization: Demacia, led by Jarvan IV.
Civilization Ability: Federal Rule
When a city builds a specialty district, it automatically completes a city project for that district. The Palace provides an additional +1 Culture and +2 Production.
Leader Ability: Royal Tradition
Domestic Trade Routes to the Capital provide an additional +2 Food and +2 Production. In cities with a Monument or Petricite, the Science adjacency bonus from the Campus district also provides Culture.
Unique Building: Petricite
Replaces the Monument. Cheaper to build. +2 Culture and +1 Loyalty per turn.
Unique Unit: Dauntless Vanguard
Unlocked by the ‘Divine Right’ civic, replaces the Man-At-Arms. +15 Combat Strength when fighting on a District tile.
