此模组允许长城建立在非边界地块，泛滥平原且可以修建为锐角；允许长城直接修建在雨林、树林以及沼泽中，而不清除雨林、树林以及沼泽。
本模组同时加强了长城，令长城加10生产力、10食物、10信仰、10科技、10文化与10金币，每个长城加1宜居度，建造长城时触发文化炸弹，为相邻单元格加1魅力，并且提供1住房。长城可修建在山上，但为了实现此效果，修建长城必须在相邻单元格，而不是本单元格（例如滑雪场和印加路网）；工人可在山上工作。
似乎是因为更新了“中国领袖包”的原因，文秦的文本内容发生了变更，因此此模组没有进行文本的修改。
