Description:

This is an overhaul mod of Three kingdoms looking to expand and rebalance the existing mechanics to provide more immersive and balanced game play.

Some changes include:
– rebalanced combat/morale for longer, more melee focused battles (missile units are no longer insanely OP)
– rebalanced character skill effects that allow all 5 attributes to give different commanded army, retinue, campaign, minister, and governor effects. (so for example, maxing out authority now gives +50% peasant income in the governed province, more morale to the commanded army, more missile block for the character’s retinue, etc.)
– more "regular" units can be recruited by more character types (for example, Ji infantry can be recruited by any character, but units like the trebuchet are still strategist-only)
– reduced costs for "specialist" units like tiger & leopard cavalry so that they can be more easily used early on.
– more expanded effects for buildings, making military, granary, etc. buildings more useful
– fixed "bugs" such as not giving Gongsun Zan enough governors.
– buffed yellow turban forces so they last longer
– 3 or 4 turn research rate depending on tech tier.
– an army using a trebuchet moves 50% slower, trebuchets are also more expensive in upkeep (this is not napoleon total war… artillery shouldn’t be the best unit in the game)
– improved economy system (a 0 population region generates almost 0 peasant income. Rebalanced industry/commerce buff rates. Standard peasant income in cities that can be modified by population0
