Description:

Increase the number of workers allowed at any mine or resources.

Sightly improve the resource production by worker. Detailed changes at images.

Also, remove discounts selling raw materials for HNO and Shek Empire.

It needs UWE as I play with it, but if you want the sepparated version, request it.
