Adds a decision to Cape Colony/South Africa to give it easier access to frontier colonization, claims on the Boer states and an increase in autonomy once it researches nationalism.
Removed the "severed limb" event for South Africa when breaking free from the UK to better represent a European settler state instead of a territorial extraction operation.
Made Boer the first primary culture instead of English.
