Adds support for the VL8M Ukrainian locomotive pack to the VPC system.

• VL8M-515 green (from 1991)
• VL8M-899 blue (from 1991)
• VL8M-1215 blue with yellow line (from 1991)
• VL8M-613 dark-blue (from 1991)
• VL8M-1585 new Ukrainian Railways livery (from 2022)

• Power positions: 8
• Braking positions: 3
• Speed: 100 km/h

• This add-on requires the Vehicle Power Control core mod.
• This add-on requires the [TGR] Ukrainian VL8M pack mod.
