Horse Pasture Overhaul (No More Free Cavalry!)
Whenever you collect four northern horse regions, you control the world with the ability to spawn cavalry units nearly free, which dispel any challenge for later game.
Luckily, this mod tweaks horse pasture’s effect on recruiting and maintaining to 3% 4% 5% 6% 7%
(From 5%, 10%, 14%, 18%, 20%…)
To compensate for the early utility of this resource, its reduction of government buildings is increased to 20% from level one to the end.
This mod only changes several numbers of horse pasture building, so its compatibility should be pretty okay.
