Despite being a noted member of Keiji Mutoh’s cross-promotional B.A.T.T. faction, Frye is best-remembered for his gruesome fight against fellow MMA legend Yoshihiro Takayama; a grueling affair that demonstrated Takayama’s tolerance for punishment as Frye pummeled the towering UWF veteran into a bloody mess before securing the win.
