HORUS Integrated Radar and Sonar System
Dalva Signal Solutions presents: the HORUS Integrated Radar and Sonar system.
As it is designed to look realistic, it does not have altitude pivot system like some other radar systems do. As such it is recommended to use it on rather large and stable ships, preferably with stabilizing system to supress excessive rolls. Its use in bad swells may produce false landmasses.
A compact velocity pivot that when rotated to positive value will spin clockwise when viewed from the sky, attached to it a laser distance sensor and a compass that points to where the laser sensor is facing. This is the "Radar"
A velocity pivot (not the compact one) placed upside-down under the hull, that again when rotated will spin clockwise when viewed from the sky, attached to it is two laser distance sensor facing away from each other. Preferably make it streamline with pyramid blocks and the like so that it can rotate with less water drag. This is the "Sonar"
A 2×2 display and a ship compass facing where your ship is facing
Then plop the microcontroller, and link the logic nodes following each of their description
