Full-size! You can go up the stairs and place decorations on the boardwalk, posts and pond. You can place lights along the ropes.
– Not all non-modded House Flipper furniture will place on the boardwalk due to the games built-in collision but modded workshop furniture will work. My beach chair items work well for seating.
– Non-modded and modded decorations can be placed on the boardwalk.
– There is a workshop Koi fish item you can download and place in the pond by House Doctor.
