Become Pirate’s Republic
Adds a Character Interaction to your current ruler to declare a Pirate’s Republic as any nation.
For it to be visible, you need to have at least 1 port in your country.
To click it, you need to have at least 25 Land vs Naval societal values (on the Navy’s side, obviously), and your capital has to be in a coastal location.
