Superpower modifier
This mode provides the following features:
1. Adds several reforms that make the nation stronger.
2. Adds cheat barracks and cheat naval bases: increases the number of regular troops that can be recruited simultaneously and greatly increases the number of ships that can be built at the same time (AI cannot construct them).
