What it adds

Realistic on-hit feedback
Brief screen shake and subtle sway
Soft red edge pulse around the screen
Short movement slowdown right after being hit

[UPDATED] Now you can turn off/on red border effect in tools

or in console
damage_effects_red_border 0 disable
damage_effects_red_border 1 enable

Visual effects are local to the injured player. Movement values from other addons are not overwritten.
