Weapon Accuracy Revamp
Changes the way weapon accuracy works in game.
By default, it doubles accuracy of every weapon, but the accuracy gradually drops (half base minimum) with every shot and regenerates when the weapon is not firing.
THIS MOD CHANGES GUNFIRE.LUA!
