ION & Raven Tweaks – Aegis
I really like the ION units from Western Sahara, and their counterpart Raven, from the Arma 3 Aegis mod. While I like the factions in concept, I’ve never liked the actual weapons/loadouts used by them, namely how ION uses those weird XM8 bullpups, and Raven is just a worse-equipped Russian Army. This mod alleviates those issues by changing the loadouts used by ION and Raven to give them a bit more realism and a unique identity.
• All ION units now use the SPAR-16 and variants instead of the XMS.
• Minor adjustment to ION equipment – Added headphones, changed backpacks and facewear.
• Raven Units now have a completely reworked loadout, with tan-coloured AK-12s, new uniforms and vests courtesy of Atlas and Addgis respectively.
• New headgear for Raven – Baseball caps with the Raven logo on them (Headphones variant included).
• New Vehicles for Raven using Reaction Forces – Armoured Pickups with HMGs, Rocket Pods and Multi-Launch Artillery.
