[NIKKE] Leader: "Rapture Queen, Lilith"
The incredibly powerful character who dominated the anniversary storyline, effortlessly crushed the Trailblazer forces with her high-damage left fist and high-damage right fist—’Rapture Queen: Lilith’ makes her grand debut! This is my 25th "Civilization VI" mod. Regarding the balancing, my apologies, but I hope you have a great experience while playing.
This mod adds a new civilization (The Pilgrims) and a new leader (‘Rapture Queen: Lilith’).

Leader Ability: Rapture Queen
After each turn begins, all units gain +20 Combat Strength. This effect lasts until your units initiate an attack 4 times, after which the bonus decays to 25% for the remainder of the turn, meaning all units gain +5 Combat Strength. All combat units gain +1 Movement and +1 Sight.
Rapture Queen: For every Barbarian Outpost present on the map, ‘Rapture Queen: Lilith’ gains +8 Faith and all cities in your empire gain +5% Production and Faith. All combat units gain the "Subjugate Barbarians" action. This action converts Barbarian units into your units but removes Melee units.
