Description:

Adds a new decision that triggers the equivalent of 10 instances of the original "Shape the Dynastic Cycle" decision in one action.

## Usage

"Decisions" – "Dynastic Cycle Decisions" group – "Enhanced Shape the Dynastic Cycle"

## Compatibility

No file overwrites are involved, ensuring full compatibility with other mods.

## Crash

Should not be an issue with this mod.

There was a save file that crashed when accidentally opening `DynasticCycleWindow`. Analysis of exception.txt revealed a null pointer exception during `ParticipantsData` sorting process, which should not be an issue with this mod.

Principle: Just wraps a loop around the original decision and removes AI tendency related code.
