Description:

This is a fairly simple addon, don’t expect much from it. Requires VJ Base.

A news helicopter from NEOTOKYO Kshatriya. It has no weapons, only illuminates everything with a spotlight. friendly to CLASS_NSF, CLASS_CIVILIAN and CLASS_POLICE
Can be Shot down by bullets but all bullet damage is multiplied by 0.4
