Description:

I hate watching solders crawling on the map after 2 min of battle ! my time is precious !
– greatly increase the vigor recovery speed when idling
– decrease the combat fatigue of historical mode
– reduce the max fatigue value, so unit gets recovered from exhausted faster

– tweak fatigue impacts
