Removes the historic roads already present on the map when a new game begins.

This version of the mod is for vanilla Imperator: Rome. For other versions:

• No Starting Roads (Invictus)
• No Starting Roads (Terra Indomita)
• No Starting Roads (Classical Rework)
• No Starting Roads (Bronze Age)
