1970’s Starter home
This starter house is based on the typical 1960’s – 1970’s house design from the UK.
…Without the roof.
Now you too can start from the ground up in your garage!
For some strange reason the dev’s didn’t add a modular roof building system into the game. Probably because they weren’t expecting somebody to build a house like they’re playing The Sims.
Anyway, featuring a fully functional heating system, pre-removed asbestos, aircon, a single computer, an empty garage, more creme coloured walls than you can be bothered to update the colour of and a kitchen.
There are mods however that you may need to install to get this house to be fully appreciated.
