Developed as modernization for large stock of Su-15,good old frame now with 4th Gen technology including but not limited to new radar RP-16MS multi-mode radar,multi-role smart weapons,brand new KH-15 air-launch balistic missile, modified engine for better fuel effiency and humpback addiotinal fuel tank on top.
