Lü Bu Momentum no decay
Removes the decay he has on every level. Works for AI as well. No need to start new game, you can turn it off mid-campaign if you want.
UI can show it sometimes that you will gain resource passively next turn, but you won’t gain any.
Technically it gives you the amount of resource on every level you would lose otherwise.
