Bub’s Levy Fix
Changes levies min down to 500 for inf and 250 for cav. Better balances the battlefield in earlier ages. While also boosting age 1 regulars to 150 and cav to 100. Age 2 cav to 150. Also increased matchlock levies recruiment rate to 2% to better ease the transition to gun levies and also make mathlock a tech that doesnt actively weaken you.
All of these changes combined make the the combat much more engaging as regulars are actually a useable troop in the early ages and cav is the disgusting beast it should be. Cav stacks are very strong early game now. Levy size will begin to scale with regulars around age 4.
