Smaller levies
Mod reduces the biggest levies by up to 4x. I dont know how insane you should be to love seeing 200k fr*nch in 1500.
Tell if there are levies that are too smol/too big as i didnt change every single one of them and game runs like ♥♥♥♥ so i cant test it in f.e. age of revolutions
