Unions are appealing
Removes the -4 royal marrage appeal for union size and replaces it with a modest +0.1. If you manage to replicate the habsburg empire as a union, that’s going to make you more appealing, not less. Currently somewhat brute force, I couldn’t figure out how to make it work without overwriting the entire diplomacy file. If someone knows how to only overwrite the royal marriage part your help would be greatly appreciated.
