Description:

The scale effect of the vanilla building will diminish over time, starting from an increase of 1% in output for each level of building in age, to a decrease of 0.1% in output for each level of building in age. This mod has fixed this value.

Vanilla:
1%, 0.8%, 0.6%, 0.4%, 0.2%, 0.1%

Fixed:
0.6%, 0.8%, 1.0%, 1.2%, 1.4%, 1.6%
