Martian RGO Buildings
IntroductionThis mod adds a series of Martian RGO Buildings that require no material input and have no location requirements — each can produce the corresponding raw good with zero input required.
Inspired by the Void Creations mod for Victoria3.
These Martian RGO buildings have the following properties:·Build time: 365 days
·Build cost: 50 gold and 0.0001 prestige (the small prestige cost is used to control auto-construction)
·Construction goods required: none
·Output: 1 unit of the corresponding raw good
·Build cap: 1 + 0.25 * [Development] + [Population] / 2k
·Construction restriction: the AI will not build these buildings
·Modifier effects: because they are buildings, they are affected by product-efficiency modifiers, not by rgo modifiers
Auto-construction settings:·If you do not want auto-construction to build these, do not check “Allow spending other” in the auto-construction interface.
·If you do want auto-construction to build these, check “Allow spending other” in the auto-construction interface.
More cheating?:·Added a cabinet action, “Try to Contact Mars”. When completed it will fire an event that lets you either enable a cheat production mode — granting Martian buildings an output of 10 units of their native good — or disable that mode.
·Note: the cheat production mode is disabled by default. If you enable it and later disable it, the game’s automatic production-adjustment system will not switch back to the normal production methods automatically — you must change it manually.
Miscellaneous:·Added zero-input buildings that provide Martian manpower and Martian sailors, per suggestions.
·Grouped the Martian native buildings into new building categories so they are easier to find in the “card display” browsing mode.

If the meaning of “Martian” in the mod title is puzzling: in Chinese internet slang, “火星的”(Martian) is often used to mean “appearing out of nowhere” or “randomly spawned.” For example, we sometimes call mysteriously appearing money in EU5 “Martian money”.
