RE-power: naval resupply in the missile age

This mod expands upon the in-game resupply feature to make it available to ships and submarines. There are some more limitations on resupply that are partially intentional and partially a WIP from my understanding. Most guns, and AA missiles can be replenished without any issue, but most Anti-ship missiles and torpedoes cannot. I also had more success replenishing noisemakers than chaff for some reason. Sometimes every spent piece of ammo is replenished immediately, sometimes half the magazine has to be emptied first before any resupply happens. If you want to see if something can be resupplied or not, best way to find out is trial and error in a test scenario.
To resupply, go within range and slow down below max resupply speed. I kept them the same for most units at 1.5 nm and 10kn. Most units can rearm 2 other units simultaneously, unless specified otherwise. I set the resupply speed fairly high, so you can see an effect more quickly during testing. I prioritise efficient trial and error over realism in this version. If you want a more realistic supply speed, check below. I have linked an alternative version of this mod.
The list of affected vessels is:
– Algol class
– Kilauea class
– Sacramento class
– Kazbek class (max targets: 1)
– Boris Chilikin class
– Don class (resupply submarine units, max targets: 4)
– Medium tanker (resupply submarine units, so you have a blue-side looking ship that can handle subs)
– Port boat base (unlimited resupply surface ships, range 3nm)
– Port boat base small (unlimited resupply submarine units, range 3nm)
– Headquarters (unlimited resupply land units)
– HEMTT (max speed: 5kn, max ammo cost: 200, range 0.5nm)
Reminder, 3 (unaffected) stock units already have a resupply feature (only for land units though):
– M923 Truck
– Ural Truck
– Ammo Depot
This is the first time I am creating a mod that is more than a simple scenario, and I am mostly just throwing stuff at the wall and seeing what sticks. If you have any ideea how to improve this mod (on the technical side especially) let me know.
